By accessing or using the services of Sutton Airport Transfers (a part of Core Dreams Innovations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide professional transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers and pickups
• Corporate transportation
• Special event transportation
• Point-to-point and hourly services

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and dropoff information
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Notify us of any changes as soon as possible
• Pay the quoted fare plus any applicable fees

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during booking. All prices are quoted in the local currency unless otherwise specified.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke or consume alcohol in vehicles
• Not transport illegal substances
• Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles

7. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific service.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value based on availability. Any significant changes to your booking will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

10. Changes to Terms
